Alberto "Tito" Gonzalez

Tito is an Associate with Imler Law, an Employment Law firm in Tampa that concentrates on Plaintiff Side Employment Discrimination and Retaliation cases. He has been a member of the Hillsborough County Bar Association (HCBA) since his 1L year in Law School in 2021 and has been heavily involved with the organization. He currently serves as an elected Director for the Board of the HCBA’s Young Lawyers Division (YLD). He is the Board Liaison for both the YLD Social Events Committee and YLD Law Related Education Committee. He has previously served as Co-Chair for the HCBA Bar Leadership Institute (BLI) and was a member of the 2023-2024 BLI. Tito is also a member of the Tampa Hispanic Bar Association and a recent addition to the National Trial Lawyers: Top 40 Under 40.

Tito is originally from Palm Beach County and attended Florida Atlantic University where he earned a Bachelor’s in Linguistics and learned Italian. Tito moved to Tampa in 2020 to attend Thomas M Cooley Law School, where he was SBA President, Treasurer of the Cooley Chapter of the Florida Association for Women Lawyers, Valedictory Speaker for his graduating class, and earned the coveted Student Leadership Award.

Outside of the legal field, Tito is happily married to his beautiful wife Debbie. He is an avid Tampa Bay Buccaneers fan, a large factor in his move to Tampa, and is passionate about wood working and has recently taken up smoking meats as a hobby.
