Jason Imler, Esq.

Jason Imler is a Tampa Bay Area native that has a passion for law. He graduated cum laude from Western Michigan University – Thomas M. Cooley Law School. Since graduating from law school, Jason has held positions as an administrative specialist with the Guardian Ad Litem Office in Pinellas County, legal administrator for the Home Shopping Network, and practiced plaintiff’s side employment law as a partner in a Tampa firm.

Since 2017, Mr. Imler has counseled individuals in all manners of employment law matters including Discrimination Litigation, Retaliation Litigation, Employee Compensation Rights, Non-Compete Agreements, FMLA compliance, Sexual Harassment Litigation, FLSA compliance and more.

Jason is active with the HCBA YLD, and currently serves as Treasurer. Previously, Jason served as a member of the YLD event committee, a liaison for the YLD Board to both the 5k pro-bono run and Hillsborough County Bar Foundation. In addition to his positions with the HCBA YLD, Jason also has Board of Directors experience as a director of his neighborhood’s HOA, spent numerous years as a director for the Land O' Lakes Little League, and is an associate member of the Ferguson White Inn of Court.

Outside of his professional life, Jason is a husband and father of three. Jason takes an active role volunteering with AAU basketball, coaching multiple recreational sports, participating in Cub Scouts and being a #girldad.

Brian T. Gruber, Esq.

Brian Gruber is a Shareholder at Imler Law specializing in litigation of employment law and personal injury claims. Brian is highly skilled in navigating cases through the Court System and the Alternative Dispute Resolution processes in Florida.

Brian is a licensed member of the Florida Bar and the United States District Court, Middle District of Florida. He was appointed to the Florida Supreme Court’s Mediator Ethics Advisory Committee (MEAC) in 2021. Brian is a Florida Supreme Court Certified County Mediator and an Approved Dispute Resolution Center, Supreme Court of Florida, County Assistant Trainer. In addition to his position as a Shareholder at Imler Law, Brian mediates for private clients, and for the Thirteenth and Sixth Judicial Circuits of Florida as a contract mediator.

Previously, Brian worked at Cole, Scott and Kissane, P.A. in medical malpractice, nursing home, personal injury and professional malpractice defense. He is an honorably discharged Marine Corps veteran with over 20 years of entrepreneurial experience. Brian earned his undergraduate studies at St. Petersburg College and his law degree at Mitchell Hamline School of Law. He is a member of the Hillsborough County Bar Association, the Clearwater Bar Association, and the C. H. Ferguson-M. E. White American Inn of Court in Tampa, FL.
